IP address restriction is a security control that allows you to create a list of approved IP addresses your organization uses to access your accounts through Union Bank’s Financial Center.

A user who signs on from an IP address that is not on the approved list will be denied access to the Financial Center and will be unable to initiate transactions.

What is token Authentication and why is important to me?

A security token is a small device that generates a six-digit number. Users must provide their User ID, individual passcode, and the six-digit number displayed on the security token to access the Financial Center.

This unique combination, called a passcode, is extremely difficult for a criminal to replicate, which helps prevent unauthorized access to your banking services.

Dual-Control Security

Manage your Union Bank products, services, and user entitlements more securely with the dual-control feature. With dual control, change requests submitted by a Contracting Officer or Web Administrator will require approval by a secondary Contracting Officer or Web Administrator within your organization before the change can be processed. Once dual control has been activated, it will be effective for all accounts, services, and users within your organization.
Webroot SecureAnywhere Identity Shield

Webroot SecureAnywhere Identity Shield is a software solution that provides a secure tunnel between your computer and any secure website, including Union Bank’s Financial Center. Webroot SecureAnywhere Identity Shield helps to protect your computer from malware attacks and helps to prevent online criminals from obtaining your credentials. This software is compatible with mainstream antivirus products that you may already be using to guard your computer system, so it will act as an added layer of protection.

Union Bank is making this security tool available at no cost. For more information about Webroot SecureAnywhere Identity Shield and to download the software*, click here. Please note that you will need to download the software to each computer you want to protect. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with this software, it can be easily uninstalled.
